About Autonomiq

Autonomiq is an independent editorial resource covering technology. Our mission is to explain the essentials clearly and practically, cutting through jargon and hype so readers can make better decisions.

Every guide is written to be evergreen, accurate, and genuinely useful. We focus on fundamentals, real-world application, and honest guidance rather than shortcuts.

Our editorial team reviews each guide for clarity and quality before publication, and we update material as best practices evolve.

Who writes Autonomiq

Autonomiq is produced by a small editorial team of writers and researchers. We want to be straightforward about what that means: we are not certified technicians, licensed professionals, or industry-accredited experts. We are careful writers who read the primary documentation, manufacturer specifications, standards bodies, and published research, and then explain what we find in plain language. Where a topic genuinely requires professional judgement, we say so and point you toward someone qualified rather than pretending we can settle it for you.

Every guide is drafted, then checked by a second person on the team against the sources cited in the text. That second pass is an editorial check for clarity, internal consistency, and whether each factual claim actually traces back to the source we attributed it to. It is not a professional or technical certification, and we do not describe it as one.

How we choose what to cover

We focus on consumer technology, automation, and artificial intelligence. Our priority is the questions people actually ask when they are trying to make a decision or understand something for the first time, rather than chasing whatever happens to be trending. We favour evergreen explanations that stay useful for years over news-cycle coverage that is stale within a week.

When we cannot find a defensible answer, we leave the question open instead of inventing a confident one. When a topic is genuinely contested, we present the disagreement rather than flattening it into false certainty.

How we pay for this

Autonomiq is free to read and funded by advertising. Advertisements are served by third-party networks and are selected automatically; we do not hand-pick individual advertisers, and advertisers have no input into our editorial content, no advance sight of what we publish, and no ability to request changes or removals. If we ever publish sponsored or affiliate content, it will be labelled clearly at the top of the page.

Corrections and feedback

We get things wrong sometimes. If you spot an error, email us at [email protected] with the article title and the specific claim you are disputing. We would rather be corrected than be quietly wrong. Substantive factual corrections are noted on the article itself with the date of the change, as described in our corrections policy.

History of this domain

We believe in being straightforward about something a reader or a prospective advertising partner could otherwise discover on their own. The domain name autonomiqtech.com existed before this publication did, and it was used for things that have nothing to do with us. We would rather state that plainly here than let it look like something we tried to conceal.

The public record, which anyone can check through the Internet Archive and WHOIS registration data, shows several distinct and unrelated uses of this domain name. In 2022 it hosted a WordPress site for a software company that offered data engineering and machine learning services. That site was compromised: archived copies from that period show page titles bearing a defacement marker and spam articles about online casinos and pharmaceuticals injected into the blog, which is the classic signature of a hacked WordPress installation rather than a deliberate editorial choice by that company. The hosting account was subsequently suspended, and archived captures from September 2022 show a hosting suspension notice. In 2024 the domain served an Indonesian-language online gambling site branded IRAMATOGEL, and a gambling-related image file was still being archived on the domain as late as November 2025.

The current owner of this domain registered it on 4 July 2026, after the previous registration had lapsed. That registration date is a matter of public record in the WHOIS and RDAP databases. Autonomiq has no connection whatsoever to the software company that used this name in 2022, to whoever compromised that site, or to the gambling operation that used the domain in 2024 and 2025. We did not buy a business, a website, an archive, a content library, or an audience. We registered an expired domain name and built a new publication on it from nothing. None of the earlier content was carried over, and none of it is served from this site today.

Everything published here was written for this site after July 2026. Requests for the old gambling and spam URLs return standard not found and gone responses, as they should. We have deliberately not redirected any of those old addresses into our articles. Pointing spam and gambling URLs at unrelated technology guides in order to capture whatever search value they might still carry would be dishonest to readers and to search engines alike, so we have not done it and we will not do it.

A note on the name

There are other organisations that use the name AutonomiQ, including at least one that has operated in the software test automation field. We are not affiliated with any of them, and we do not claim any connection to them. Autonomiq as published here is an independent editorial site that writes explanatory guides about everyday technology. We do not sell software, we do not sell services, and we have no corporate relationship with any similarly named company.
